 Description  « Hide
Netbeans has excellent support for JRuby and using tat as your Interpreter with Rails. We could do more to help support JRuby on Rails users. This would include installing the necessary jruby specific gems for mongrel and active-record.

I'm pushing this to 1.0.0. Another ticket already handles installing the jruby version of mongrel. The activerecord jdbc gems is for people to use jdbc db adapters for debry/mysql/etc. While this is nice, it's also Netbeans strong suit, so most of our users probably won't be hard-core Java/JRuby people (they'll already be using Netbeans).

Bump enhancements to 1.1.0

Chris Williams - 11/Dec/08 10:46 AM
This is an enhancement and therefore shouldn't be targeted at a bugfix release stream. At best it will get targeted for the next major release, which is 1.2.0.

No one is really clamoring for this.
