I wrote mulit-byte chars for comment just like this
#??????? 'I am Japanese.'
def hoge
end

I think this makes RadRails be freezed.
So I remove the comment line with another text editor, and then I restarted RadRails and reopened by RadRails. Theres's no problem.

Is this a bug?
