i am saving the default configurations for text file encoding change utf-8 for iso-8859-1, dont restart the aptana studio.

I have the same issue. My operating system is Vista. IDE is Aptana (with installator). I discover this issue both on my laptop and on PC at work (both Vista).

i have the same issue on osx with aptana 1.1: everytime i restart aptana, the workspace encoding settings seems to be reset. in 1.0.1 it used to work fine.
