This is more an Eclipse issue than Aptana. Seems that several componets add a Label Decoration to the list, resulting on duplicated entries. Even you can see that there is some kind of typo that may or may not cause a duplicate: Cloaked from Synchronization != Cloaked from synchronization. If each of this options corresponds to a different component, a way to show up the paren component will be welcome.
